• By Mail or Fax:

  Please indicate on your order form if you would like to receive delayed billing.

• By Telephone:
  To order by telephone, call 1-800-325-3040. Have ready the quantities and item numbers for the products you want to purchase. You might want to print out our order form (in PDF*) to record your order before you call.
